Summary:  bad call to common->image() for header_background_image

Original Submission:  If tts is set to come up on the home page (/home.php), it 
gets an error from the navbar template:



Programming Error: listbox->getvar(header_background_image)!



The call to $phpgw->common->image() in tts/inc/hook_home.inc.php that sets 
'header_background_image' is wrong.
