Summary: Extra Info in Ticket change log
Original Submission: after adding details to a ticket it shows a "type
changed" and a "platform changed" entery even though none happened.
system was upgraded from .14. .16 was download to a clean directory, cvs
updated, and then pointed to old db when setup ran. setup ok'd everything. i
get the filling not everything went ok

nobody <=
