Summary:  translation for email module fails

Original Submission:  while managing the language in the setup routine 
following error pops up:



Error inserting record: phpgw_lang values ('each user has a summary page which 
can display a variety of information. this option will show a small list of 
email messages in the inbox of the users default email account onthe users 
summary home page.','email','de','Die Übersichtsseite jedes Benutzers kann 
unterschiedliche Informationen anzeigen. Diese Option ermöglicht, das eine
