Summary:  install new system - bad table filling

Original Submission:  When new system on Postgresql is created:



Database error: Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO phpgw_categories (cat_access, 
cat_appname, cat_name, cat_description) VALUES 
('public','phpgw','tts','Subcategories for tts')

PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: null value in column "last_mod" violates not-null 
constraint )



Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/usr/src/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.db_pgsql.inc.php on line 483
