Summary:  Outlook Import fails to generate Full Name

Original Submission:  From within Outlook XP, export a group of contacts to a 
CSV file.



>From phpgroupware addressbook, import CSV - Outlook-English.



All the fields are imported - but the full name field is not generated.  Upon 
any successful edit to a particular contact, the full name field is generated 
properly.
