Summary: Blank Page for Wether module

Original Submission: Ever since PHPGW 0.9-13 The weather modules never seemed
to work after installation, reinstallation, and configuration. I did have it
working in .9-12 and was working great. But for some reason nothing comes up on
the weather module page

The version mentioned in the bug report is no longer supported.

It is strongly suggested that the user upgrade to the current

release version for better security and performance.
