Summary:  after upgrade , tts not working

Original Submission:  when running tts (tts/index.php), app failed with:



The API is current

Database error: Invalid SQL: select * from phpgw_tts_tickets where 1 order by 
ticket_priority desc

PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: Argument of WHERE must be type boolean, not type 
integer )

for me, i try to change tts/index.php, line 138 from 

$filtermethod = "where 1" . etc..

to

$filetrmethod = "where true" . etc..

and tts working (partialy)



it is impssible to close ticket .. in history, there is marked as closed, but 
is still visible
