Summary: Limit the scrollback buffer for 'chat'

The chat application stores a limitless history of 
the conversation. Mine goes all the way back to when 
I first set up PHPGroupware. 
 
Since the chat client refreshes every 20 seconds and 
my scrollback is now up to 200KB, my poor little ADSL 
line is groaning under the strain. 
 
It would be fantistic to have a way of setting the 
number of lines in the chat scrollback buffer.
