I cannot answer it at this point because I do not use latest CVS at this time.    But I was clear and concise on how to recreate the issue, so give it a try.

Summary:  PHP error on create a new group

Original Submission:  If you meet these conditions:

Create a new group and put one or more users into it, and select no applications, then click the submit button.  you will get a PHP Error.

This applies to BOTH .14.005 and .16 CVS
