Please provide a way to get the names of orgs and persons 
sorted alphabetically (intermixed).   
 
Please also provide methods to get: 
1. all orgs and persons not linked to orgs 
2. all orgs and only persons linked to them 
3. all persons and orgs not linked to persons 
4. all persons and only orgs linked to them 
 
Please do these with one SQL call in order to maximuize speed. 
 
I have an example using sql_builder to get 1, if you are 
interested
