Summary:  "Unable to verify session" at logon with 'php4' session management

Original Submission:  If I change the session management to 'db' in the 
header.inc file, then I can login normally.



This bug appears irrespective of state of register_globals in php.ini, and 
irrespective of "session_checkip" state in phpgw_config table.



Windows XP

Apache 2.0.47

PHP 4.3.2

phpGW 0.9.14.006



Note that everything is being run on a single localhost machine.

Can you please let us know the names of the cookies phpGW is trying to set so 
we can track this one down.  It may be a Apache2 on XP issue.  Will investigate 
when i have more info.

The bug appears with php4 session management in 0.9.14 even if 
register_globals=on.

0.9.14 requires register_globals = on for it to work.  0.9.16 will run with 
register globals off, althought this still requires thorough testing :)



Can you please confirm that it works properly with register_globals=on in 0.9.14
