Summary:  Cannot fetch mail from IMAP4 Server using Nplex 5.1.071

Original Submission:  When my users try to fetch mail using phpgroupware 
webmail module, they get a "broken conection" error on theirs screen. Using 
another webmail client, such as Squirrel and IMP, everything goes just right. 
Is there any problem related to the "username format", in this case 
"address@hidden" that my ISP uses ?

try activating vmail style login in admin->email->site config



Let us know if this fixes the problem
