Armed forces day is the 3rd Sat in may
http://www.bright.net/~jimsjems/armed.html , which if I recall the spec
correctly, would be a 0 5 7 3 0.
do we need Inaugeration Day? it's only every 4 years, and even then do we
recognize it on re-election?
