The option should be removed.  I will mark this as a later one, and we will 
deal with it in good time.

Summary:  "File" translation isn't working.

Original Submission:  I was told "File" translation is obsolete and noone 
really cares if it works, but I've chosen it and got

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_installed_langs() in 
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/preferences/inc/hook_settings.inc.php on line 88

The function get_installed_langs() is only defined in 
class.translation_sql.inc.php. If you're not going to develop 
class.translation_file.inc.php anymore, I'd suggest removing the option 
completely.
