Summary:  PGSQL 7.3 no longer allows '' for zero's

Original Submission:  The PostgreSQL team has tightened up the internal 
conversion routines, and no longer can you insert a '' for an int field and get 
zero. 

you now get pg_atoi: zero length string. 



This happens in numerous places within phpgroupware.

Yes, and there are numerous other spots where it occurs.



I am knocking them out as me and my users run into them, and will continue to 
submit patches.

Looks like patches 809, 810, and 811 are also in response to this change.
