Summary:  bug when adding a new user

Hi,

I installed 9.16 rc1 to test it and something doesnt work when I add a new user.

What i do:
click on the administrator panel with the idot template
click on User accounts
click on add
filling with random test data for user info
click on add

I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/var/www/html/admin/inc/class.boaccounts.inc.php on line 346
