This patch fixes/changes a few things:



1) It changes the output of a few error messages (sometimes headers were being 
outputted more than once)



2) It makes sure that a filename is entered when importing or exporting



3) It imports Multiple VCards properly (ending a vcard entry on an END:VCARD 
rather than a blank line, since there is often not a blank line at the end of a 
multiple vcard file (thanks to Outlook I think)



4) Exporting from a particular category works now (it was checking $cat_id 
where $fcat_id was what the template was sending)



5) The changing of "octet-stream" to "x-octet-stream" may be one of the changes 
I made in a previous patch

but I wasn't sure...
