Summary: LDAP binds are done as v2, not v3

Original Submission: binding to the LDAP server doesn't work, as the binding
is performed as version 2, when running a version 3 only server (slapd).
therefore the LDAP setup totally fails, and cannot edit or add/remove SQL nor
LDAP users from phpgroupware setup/ pages.

log snippet:

conn=457 op=0 RESULT tag=97 err=2 text=requested protocol version not allowed

and err=2 is:

LDAP_PROTOCOL_ERROR     0x02    2

protocol here means either version 1, 2 or 3. but it's asking for a v2 bind...

one last thing: i was told on the IRC channel that it's being worked on, i'm
submtting this just for the record (and a specific request to fix too ;)
