Summary:  After Header.inc.php creation all buttons bring to setup login

Original Submission:  Packages :

     apache - 2.0.47

     mysql - 4.0.15

     php - 4.3.3



I tried to intall 0.9.16RC1, to install 0.9.14.006 and a cvs update, to install 
0.9.16.rc1 plus cvs update.

All work fine with 0.9.14.006



It seems that when header.inc.php exists all buttons (view file, install 
database, ...) bring us back to login without doing anything else
