Currently vfs_dav does not actually work, in either the 0.9.16 branch or HEAD 
CVS, because the new class.vfs_shared.inc.php conflicts with some definitions 
in it. 

This patch removes these definitions (which are now of course meant to be 
shared anyway, through vfs_shared).  It needs to be applied to both CVS HEAD 
and 0.9.16 branch. The test scripts in filemanager/tests/test_dav.php will 
verify that it works.

patch I mentioned to you.  I finally added it to 16.
