Summary: Error: Could not create directory /home/admin (/home/admin)

Original Submission: I know the problem is something I did, but I cannot find
a complete answer anywhere. I successfully installed phpGroupWare and
everything looks good except phpWebHosting app. I get the following error:

Error: Could not create directory /home/admin (/home/admin)

I tried to look in the HOWTO, but I need a simplified version (step by step,
with examples) of how to set this up properly. I appreciate any help you can
give me. I will continue to look over the HOWTO, but I am desperate for help.
Thanks in advance.
