Summary:  saving etemplate gives error  + other buttons not working correctly

Original Submission:  Following through eTemplates tutorial 
(http://www.phpgroupware.org/cvsdemo/etemplate/doc/etemplate.html) and hit a 
blocker at step 4 (steps 1 -> 3 worked fine).

REPRODUCTION:
(after following steps 1->3)
Specify template name: et_media.edit
Create the first row - specifying a Name label, and a name text widget (with 
some help etc) (refer attachment screenshot).
Click the save button I get the following error:

Database error: Invalid SQL: DELETE FROM phpgw_etemplate WHERE 
et_name='et_media.edit' AND et_template='' AND et_lang='' AND et_group='' AND 
et_version=''
PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: pg_atoi: zero-length string )

Session halted.


I think a related bug is if, instead of clicking 'save', I click 'show' (this 
works fine) and then click 'read', 'show values' or 'delete', I get an error 
next to the title saying:

Editable Templates - Show Template Error: Template not found !!!

Also if instead of clicking 'show values' I click 'edit', it redirects back to 
the template editor, only all the field data is gone.
