Summary:  couldn't open stream... after a while

Original Submission:  sometimes the mail client (anglemail) starts with the 
following error:

This mostly happens when i click work with it for some miutes, switch between 
the different phpgw apps and want to come back to mail. then this happens. i 
have to totally close the browser window then. when i open a new browser window 
and login again it works ok. until...well...
