the activities are managed in the admin part of phpgw by a
phpgw admin

I use 0.9.12 version of phpgroupware, I try to add a 
project and I get: 
Please choose activities for that project first !* 

Ok, but where do I do that at ?? Providing a link too 
would be helpful. I see a "Bookable activities" 
and "Billable activities" at the bottom, but no idea 
where those come from. Anyone could help us to solve 
it.
