I've submitted a patch for this.  The patch id is 167, or you can download it 
from 
www.jkhosting.net/patchfile.diff until the patch gets applied.

This patch will not fix the items in the todo list right now, the problem is 
that the items are added 
improperly.  You will need to remove these items manually using the mysql 
console(if you're using mysql).
