Thanks for your answer, but this is not exactly what I'd like
to do:
I'd like any user to be UNable to add or modify his OWN
calendar...
Just a "Calendar Admin" would be able to add and modify
ANY of the user's calendars.
-> all users read only (for everything)
-> one admin -> rw on everything
I hope it's possible...

This can be archived via ACL's:
- create a Group with all users, eg. Default or All
- your "calendar admin" grants only Read Access to the Group All
