Summary:  UI: Move calendar view buttons + view filters above the calendar view

Original Submission:  The Calendar view buttons (planner, current month, 
current week, etc) + filter buttons (category, filter and user) should be 
located directly above the calendar view.

Why? Because it strengthens the idea of what they manipulate. Like a toolbar 
and content view.
