I am a consultant and wish to implement phpGroupWare on a site 
that is not terribly computer user friendly...  I am going to need 
tooltips for all of the options in order for this to be more intuitive.  
Is there a way you can add a popup on hover via javascript to all 
icons/navigation widgets?  Please add this as I have actually been 
looking for this since a couple of years ago and has stopped me 
from using this system a few times.
