Suggestion for the messenger app to be like a
"While you were out" note pad.

To:  Pull down with user list or javascript 
autocomplete of user name

Caller: Text input field
phone no: Text input field

Check boxes for 
Will Call back, Returned Call, Please Call, etc

Notes:
Large Text box


I find we use the messenger like a phone call note, 
rather than using post-it notes.  But you end up doing 
a lot of extra typing.
