We have recently ported phpbrain to phpgw.  This is a FAQ
management tool.  We are planning to allow access to this
information on phpgroupware via the about and/or manual
screen of each application.

At the Moment the User manual pages are static. Often 
when the people work with a product, they found 
solutions to solve proplems or help other with 
specific requirements. 

A nice part is that a user can attach informations in 
the user Manual to the specific points. After a 
validation from the "admin" or a other user it is 
published to the page. This helps to reduce support 
for a product.
