I am running a windows webserver, and this prgram 
installed and runs sweetly, except for one thing, when 
click on webhosting link, it loads 
the /webhosting/index.php file with no prob

ottawa.com/phpwebhosting/index.php

Now, when click on one of buttons to perform a task, 
this url comes up, and as you can see it has a double 
slash

path=L2hvbWUvYWRtaW4%3D

how do i get rid of it and make the links work properly

Thanks in advance for any help I may receive,,,also 
the applications were all installed, but things like 
comics and stocks and various others are not available 
in the site,,,,just e-mail, calendar, etc, so what am 
I missing on that also,,
