The 0.9.14.001 release of phpgroupware has improved support
for apache2.  If you still experince problems, please report
it as a bug report - see http://phpgroupware.org/bugs for
more info.

I am having the same problem with Apache 2.0 and PHP 4.2.2 
running on Redhat 8.0. I have register_globals = on in 
php.ini and cookies enabled. I have tried versions 0.9.12 
and 0.9.14. Both versions just return me to the login box 
when I login...
