PHP 4 is installed in CGI mode on my ISP's server.
Logging to PHPGW constantly yields this result :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xmlrpc_decode() in
xml_functions.inc.php on line 471

Don't know anything about CGI. What should I do to get
PHPGW 0.9.14-RC3 work on this server ?

Here are some PHPINFO() data of this server :

 '../configure' '--prefix=/usr' '--prefix=/usr'
'--with-regex=system' '--enable-force-cgi-redirect'
'--with-config-file-path=/etc/php4/cgi'

'--enable-memory-limit' '--enable-calendar'
'--enable-track-vars' '--enable-trans-sid'
'--enable-bcmath' '--enable-ctype' '--with-db2'

'--enable-filepro' '--with-gettext' '--enable-mbstring'
'--with-pcre-regex=/usr' '--enable-sockets'
'--disable-posix' '--with-xml=/usr'
'--with-expat-dir=/usr' '--with-zlib' '--without-pgsql'
