Summary:  Single Quote Escaped In Output; fix included.

Original Submission:  We were having a problem where anything with ' in it in a 
poll shows up
on the screen with \' instead.  Editing inc/functions.inc.php so that
anything that references poll_title or option_text is wrapped in

$GLOBALS['phpgw']->strip_html( ... )

seems to fix things, although that won't fix the fact that the \ that show up
in the edit boxes as well.
