Kai,

The only time you get this type of output is if there is no imap support
compiled into php. Please double check that you have the module included in
your php.ini

I will close this one.

Cheers

Severity: 5 - Major Priority: None
Resolution: Works for me Assigned to: skwashd
Status: Closed Component Version: None
Platform Version: Other Reproducibility: None

Summary: Can´t access IMAP Folders

Original Submission: OK, first my environment:
Gentoo Linux 1.4 RC1
Apache 1.3.27
MySQL 3.23.54
PHP 4.2.3
phpGroupWare 0.9.14.001
UW-IMAP 2001a

When i tried to use the email app then i get the following messages:
Warning: arsort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in
/home/httpd/htdocs/phpgroupware/email/inc/class.mail_dcom_imap_sock.inc.php on
line 1149

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in
/home/httpd/htdocs/phpgroupware/email/inc/class.mail_dcom_imap_sock.inc.php on
line 1154

I can see some messages, but every message has in
the from field only a @ and in the subject field a unknown subject.

When i try to use felamimail i get the message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imap_utf7_encode() in
/home/httpd/htdocs/phpgroupware/felamimail/inc/class.bofelamimail.inc.php on
line 695

and nothing more.

All other Apps seems to work very well, but i can´t get mail to work fine.

Somebody out there, who can help?

Kai

I had the same symtoms as these.
I'm running a stock install of Mandrake 9.0 except that I'm using eXtremail
IMAP server.

A quick look at php-info revealed that Mandrake's default PHP install was not
compiled with IMAP; However, Mandrake offers an RPM with an IMAP module
(extension) for PHP. I installed that (php-imap.rpm), restarted Apache (so
that mod-php would load the new extension), and my problem is now gone.
