Summary:  Programming Error: listbox->getvar(header_background_image)!

Original Submission:  I am using the cvs-Tree 0.9.14_branch.
Every login gives this message. infolog and projects fail to work, no entries 
are accepted to be "saved".

When checking out infolog and projects did you use the following command

cvs -z6 co -r Version-0_9_14-branch infolog

without -r Version-0_9_14-branch you will wind up with the HEAD code.  The 
get_var method is only available in HEAD
