[Phpgroupware-tracker] [Bug #1986] uicompose segfault in older tarballs

From: nobody
Subject: [Phpgroupware-tracker] [Bug #1986] uicompose segfault in older tarballs of anglemail
Date: Tue, 24 Dec 2002 02:22:41 -0500

=================== BUG #1986: LATEST MODIFICATIONS ==================
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=1986&group_id=509

Changes by: Anonymous user Date: 2002-Dec-24 02:22

------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
My anglemail in phpgroupware is DEAD. As of 0.9.14.001 it is officially dead
and not recoverable. I opened this bugreport because the anglemail author
instructed me to try to drop in an older version of anglemail to try to find
the error. I have not been able to locate it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This bugreport is related to the
original one in phpGroupware that I posted which causes a segfault in uicompose
in the main email application.

Your thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Summary: uicompose segfault in older tarballs of anglemail

Original Submission:
http://stable.home.islam.net:81/index.php?menuaction=email.uicompose.compose&fldball[folder]=INBOX&fldball[acctnum]=0&sort=1&order=1&start=0

command line.

I'm STILL getting a segfault. I can't compose. How do I got back to a working
version????

Thanks.

P.S. The version that worked for me never had any html_widgets from what I can
tell. I can take a closer look or send you a tarball of that directory.

Actually, I think I'm going to do exactly that. Thanks!!! :)

I don't know what the problem with your install is. This report is being
closed. phpGroupWare does not provide support for the anglemail development
tarballs. please see http://www.anglemail.com for information regarding
support for that project.

Cheers

If I copy the old email directory to the stable 14.001 release directory, I can
compose, but I can't filter. :(

It appears the the phpgwapi has changed sufficiently for me to not be able to
drop in the old version. :(

Help?????
