I getting this error when going to directory setup 
after installation.

Failed opening '..header.inc.php' for inclusion 
(include path=../usr/lib/php/)
in /var/www/html/setup/inc/functions.inc.php on line 27

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers
already sent by (output started at

/var/www/html/setup/index.php on line 62

I followed the instructions to the best of my ability 
globals are on.  I also included the path in functions 
but that did not work.(changed it back to the way it 
was) I am running apache 1.3.27 /PHP 4 on Mandrake 
with mysql.
