Summary: PGSQL 7.3 no longer allows '' for zero's

Original Submission: The PostgreSQL team has tightened up the internal
conversion routines, and no longer can you insert a '' for an int field and get
zero.
you now get pg_atoi: zero length string.

This happens in numerous places within phpgroupware.
