Summary:  tree view in bookmarks only includes maxmatch categories

Original Submission:  the tree view of the bookmarks only shows a limited 
number of categories (that is equal to the value of the user's preference for 
the maximum of shown entries for the nextmatch class).
I think the reason is the way the $GLOBALS['phpgw']->categories->return_array 
function is called.
I'll submit a patch to the patch manager that solves the problem here.
