Yes,  I am currently working on this and aim to have a alpha
out very soon.  It will use hotSync/netSync on the
workstation and coldSync on the server to interact with
phpgw via xml-rpc.  I will post a message here when it is out.  

Are you interested in testing / contributing to the
development effort for this app?

Is there any plans to enable the Palm hotsync to work 
with the calendar on php? If so are there any eta's on 
this?
