Summary: Sent to invalid url after login

Original Submission: When I log in at http://whatever/phpgroupware/login.php
and click on Login, I get a page-not-found and the browser is trying to look at
http://whatever/login.php

This is a new install. I've just created the admin and demo accounts and the
config and header admin pages work fine (I can change my header.inc.php and
manage apps).

I'm trying to log in as admin. My server root and include root are both
/home/httpd/htdocs/phpgroupware and register_globals is off.

Just noticed that I overlooked 'Step 2 configuration'. The page says
'configuration complete' so I never clicked on the 'edit current
configuration'. However, no values were ever entered in the step 2 config page.
