Hey John,
There is a couple of thing you have to do to fix this.
Firstly run a cvs update:
# cd /path/to/phpgroupware
# cvs -z3 update -Pd
Then fire up you favourite text editor and
edit /path/to/phpgroupware/header.inc.php ... completely
remove the perfgetmicrotime() function (including its
body). Save it and exit the text editor.
Next point your browser to
http://myserver.com/phpgroupware/setup Go into header admin
make the changes you want to make. Save the changes.
It should now be fixed for you. Let me know how you go.
