I am seeing this same error message:

Warning: Failed 
opening '/home/httpd/netsoftuk/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/cla
ss.db_.inc.php'

This happens after installation and setup of 
header.inc.php, when trying to go into setup/config admin.

I am guessing that class.db_.inc.php should actually read 
class.db_mysql.inc.php . But it doesn't and that's why it 
is failing.

It happens on release 10, 12 and 14. I have tried 
uninstalling and reinstalling using RPMs.

Any clues please? I am desperate to convince my boss that 
PHPGW is a good alternative to MS Exchange. Seeing as it 
has taken me 3 hours to attempt to install PHPGW and fail, 
yet the guy on the next desk has installed MS Exchange 
successfully in under 30 mins, I need to catch up...
