This support request has been closed as there has been no
response for at least 2 weeks since the last follow up post.  If
this is still a problem please post a new bug report on our bug

The company directory / hr app saves the information in the 
addressbook.  You must add, then fill in the information in 
the addressbook and save it.  The information should then 
be in the company directory.
