The version mentioned is no longer supported, please upgrade to
the latest version.  If you still experience problems please
report it on our bug tracker at

Maybe I've fixed it.
I renamed
 table phpgw_config
 config_app phpgwapi
 config_name template_set
to
 config_name template_set.orig

Obviously deleting the template_set item altogether would 
do the same job, but seeing as I know MySQL as well as the 
back of YOUR hand I though it safer this way.
