Hey Sven,

I don't use pgsql, so please excuse my ignorace.  Could you
please check the following:

* The db password and the password entered for the db in
phpgw match

* Try using localhost, 127.0.0.1 and the fqdn for the db
server name.

Let me know how you go.  If this is still a problem could
you please provide information about your system:

pgsql version:
php version:
package or source:
phpgw version:
