This has been corrected in CVS.
To grab a complete update of all fixes:
1) Check to see if you have cvs installed: 'cvs --help'.
1a) If not, install a copy of cvs-cli from your favorite
distro.
2) Then just type:
'cd <your phpgroupware dir>; cvs update -dP'.
You can do step 2 as many times in a day as you wish, and
will always get the most current bug fixes.
Thanks,

Hello,
I have a question regarding the calendars. Currently
we have set up calendars for about 30 sales people. I
have two receptionists who job it is to schedule
appoinments for the sale people. I have given the
receptionists authority to update all of the sales
calendars.
When a call comes in, they select the appropriate
sales person from the drop down list and looks for an
available time. She then submits the appiontment and
all works fine.
On our old calendar system, when someone set up an
appointment on another persons calendar an email
message was sent to that person showing him the
content of the calendar appointment. Does
PHPGroupware have a similar feature.
I have tried checking "Send/Receive updates via EMail"
in the calendar preferences, but nothing happens. Is
there a way for the system to send a POP3 email in
this circumstance?
Thanks for your help.
Paul Kilian
