Try the registration app, which is available in 0.9.14.001
tar balls or from cvs.

All i need is to be pointed the folder and file that 
lets people sign up to my site I am running 9.12 and i 
can't find the page for people to be able to sign up 
for asite so please help me find it.Every thing else 
is working fine but that.
