The RCs were version 0.9.13.018 - as they were not the final
release version 0.9.14.  Now 0.9.14.001 is the current
stable release.  This is a bug fix release.  The api version
is 0.9.14.000.

I just downloaded and installed the tarball called 
0.9.14-rc3.  When I got it working the login page 
showed a version 0.9.13.  

After playing around a while to make sure is was 
really working properly I updated everything from cvs 
with cvs update -dP.  This updated a bunch of files.

It's still working fine but it still reports version 
0.9.13.018.

What version is the latest and how do I get it?
